Investigating monitoring on a phone or laptop
A suspicion that somebody is watching is hard to establish without looking at the device technically. We determine whether anything is actually on it, what it does, and since when.
What we examine
- Whether software is present that watches, listens, or reports location.
- Which accounts have access, and whether accounts are linked that you do not recognise.
- Whether shared location, shared storage or family sharing is active without your knowledge.
- When that access was set up, and from which device.
- Whether forwarding rules exist in your mail that quietly copy messages elsewhere.
What you receive
A written report in plain language: what we found, where we found it, and what that means technically. Without conclusions we cannot support.
The underlying record, so the police or an expert you engage can work from it.
An explanation of what is still on the device and what you can do with it, so you can decide the next step yourself.
What we do not do
- We do not approach the other party and do not contact anyone on your behalf.
- We give no legal advice. What a report is worth in proceedings is for a court to decide, not for us.
- We do not break into anyone else’s accounts or devices, including when asked to.
Important before you call: remove nothing and do not reset the device to factory settings. That erases exactly what the investigation rests on.
Tell us what you are seeing. We will take it from there.
