What you notice

What we do about it
First we find out what is actually wrong. That usually does not take long, and we tell you what we found in plain words.
Then we tell you honestly what your options are. Sometimes it is a small thing. Sometimes the machine has had its day and repairing it would be a waste of your money. We will say so, even when it means we earn nothing.
Your files come first. Photos, documents and mail are secured before anything is done to the machine.
