What we do about it
We go through it with you and sort it out, including when it is hard to put into words what is going wrong.
Moving to a new device we do in full: contacts, photos and apps. You do not have to work it out yourself.
Getting messages you do not trust? Leave them be and call us. We will look and tell you whether they are genuine.
A phone is not a small thing any more. There is often more on it than on the computer.
