What we do about it
With your permission we look at your screen with you. You see exactly what we are doing, the whole time.
You stay there throughout, and you close the connection yourself at the end. After that we cannot get back in.
Most of what we do is solved this way. It saves you an appointment and a wait.
If it cannot be solved remotely, we arrange an engineer at your home or office. You are not committed to anything.
