What we do
We walk the building and measure at the places where people work, not only at the radios. That difference is where most complaints come from.
We also look at what the neighbours are transmitting. On a business park ten networks often share one channel, and heavier equipment does not help then.
You get a proposal saying what should hang where and why. If you would rather buy it yourself, you can; we are not tied to a brand.
A survey costs less than a set of access points hanging in the wrong places.
