What we do
We roll out in phases, so never more than part of your staff switches at once. Whoever changes today works normally tomorrow.
Each user gets their own files, mail and settings back on the new machine. Nobody has to rebuild their setup.
We wipe the old machines demonstrably before they leave the building, and record which machine was wiped when.
