What we do
We set it up the way your company works: who can reach which files, and where things belong. Without that choice it becomes a pile of loose folders.
We go through the licences. In almost every company somebody is paying for accounts of people who left.
Worth knowing: Microsoft stores your data but does not keep a backup you can restore after a mistake or an encryption. That is a separate provision, and we set it up.
We do not sell you more licences than you use. That is easy to check and we hold to it.
