- The server sits in a warm room or under a desk.
- Nobody knows whether it still gets updates.
- The drives have run for years and were never replaced.
- You are unsure whether to keep your own hardware or move to a datacentre.
- When it fails everything stops and there is no second route.
What we do
We first look at what you have and how old it is. Drives that have run for years do not fail at the same moment, but they do fail within the same period, and that is visible beforehand.
Unsure between your own hardware and a server with us: we set out both honestly, including what power, cooling and your own time cost you.
We are part of eXtreme Datacenter, so if hosting with us is the answer, you do not need a third party for it.
That we also run a datacentre does not mean we will talk you into it. Sometimes a box at your own premises is fine, and we will say so.
