What we do
With a gaming laptop that stutters we look at heat first. These machines work hard and are packed tightly, so dust and dried-out thermal paste matter more than on an ordinary laptop.
If the screen stays black, we connect it to an external display to establish whether the picture or the computer is the problem.
Your files are secured before anything is done to the machine.
If it is still under warranty we will say so, because the manufacturer is often cheaper for you then.
