What we get asked about

What we do
Moving to a new device we do in full: contacts, photos, apps and your mail. You do not have to work out what lives where.
If something stopped working after an update, we find what changed and put it back the way you were used to.
When charging stops working it is far from always the battery. Often it is the socket or the cable, which is a smaller job.
