What we do
With Wi-Fi dropping out we look at your modem and where you sit as well as at the laptop. A machine with a weaker aerial notices sooner that the signal is not equally strong everywhere.
If it will not start, we secure your files first and then work out what it is.
On an older machine we will say honestly whether repair is still worth it. Sometimes the answer is no, and you will hear that from us.
A machine you once bought at a supermarket or by mail order is just as welcome here.
