Huawei makes laptops and phones. With the phones there is something particular to be aware of.
What we get asked about

- You want to move to another device and take everything with you.
What we do
On newer Huawei phones, Google services are not available. Apps that rely on them therefore do not work, or not fully. That is not a fault and not something we can repair; it is how the device is.
What we can do is go through what your device can still do, and whether moving on is wiser than struggling with it.
If you do move on, we transfer your contacts, photos and messages to the new device.
We are not selling you anything. If staying where you are is best, we will say so.
