MSI laptop broken or freezing
MSI is usually a gaming laptop, and those come with different complaints than a machine that only does mail and browsing.

What we do
Shutting down while playing is usually heat. These machines are packed tight and work hard, so dust and dried-out thermal paste matter far more here than on an ordinary laptop.
A stuttering picture can be the graphics card, but just as easily a cable or a setting. We establish which before anything gets replaced.
