What we get asked about
- The computer will not start or beeps on power-up.

What we do
Beeping on power-up is the motherboard signalling, and the number of beeps says which part did not join in. We read that instead of guessing.
A self-built PC that stopped starting after a change is usually something not seated properly, or a setting. That is normally a short job.
Freezing under load points to heat or to the power supply. We establish which before anything is replaced.
