Razer makes thin gaming laptops. A lot of power in a small case, which brings its own complaints.

What we do
Shutting down while playing is nearly always heat on these machines. A lot of power in little space means dust and dried thermal paste matter more here than elsewhere.
Is the battery swelling, or the case getting thicker? Stop using it and do not charge it. That is the one complaint where we say: put it down and call.
Your files and games are secured before anything is done to the machine.
We also check whether a clean is enough before any parts get replaced.
