What you notice

- You are afraid of losing photos.
- You are moving from Android to iPhone or the other way.
- WhatsApp conversations need to come along.
- Your old phone only half works.
What we do about it
We move your contacts, photos, messages and apps, and make sure your mail and banking work on the new device before you leave.
Moving between Android and iPhone takes more than copying; some things do not come across automatically. We say beforehand what can and cannot, rather than afterwards.
We wipe the old device for you if you are disposing of it or trading it in. There is usually more on it than you think.
Do not dispose of the old phone until the new one really works. That advice sounds obvious until it goes wrong.
