Slow internet
A slow connection you are paying for. The question is where it stalls: at your provider, at your modem, or inside your own home.
What you notice
- Films stutter or load endlessly.
- Video calls drop while everything else keeps working.
- It is worse in the evening than during the day.
- It is fine in one part of the house and not in another.
- A speed test shows far less than you are paying for.
What we do about it
We measure at several points: at the connection itself, at the modem, and where you sit. That shows whether it is the line or the Wi-Fi inside it.
If it is the Wi-Fi, it is nearly always solvable without a more expensive subscription. If it is the line, you have evidence to take to your provider, and we give you that.
A difference between evening and daytime usually points to congestion, or to a channel you share with the neighbours.
Do not take a faster subscription before it has been measured. It often changes nothing, because the problem sits past the meter.
Tell us what you are seeing. We will take it from there.
