Blue screen
The screen turns blue, a message appears, and it restarts. Sometimes once, sometimes daily.
What you notice
- It happens at random moments.
- It always happens during the same action.
- It started after an update or new hardware.
- It gets into a loop and keeps restarting.
- You cannot read the message because it disappears too fast.
What we do about it
Every blue screen writes a report saying which component failed. We read that, because the text on the screen itself rarely says enough.
If it always happens during the same action, that is the most valuable thing you can tell us. It usually finds the cause quickly.
